Some purchasers are suggesting a temporary committee to be formed, so that we have an official group of people to liaise with the developer and the relevant parties, also to discuss / negotiate on issues such as the maintenance fees and so on.

I think this idea is good, but we must get more purchasers’ concern and involvement, to enlarge the group. Otherwise, it will be useless. What say you?
