    Seems like the playground is cleaned up. Still need some touchup works on the Stoney balls…like painting???

    Personally, i prefer soft track material is used on the playground, rather than sand, which will scratch on children skin if they fall.

    Thanks for the photos update. The greeneries are really nice. From the look at it, seems like 90% complete. 10% is on the outside road stuffs.

    By the way, we haven’t have chance to see photos of night time. Any chance that Mr. Au will take photos of our dream home at night time (I remember he said the night view is what makes him to buy the house) :)

    How about purple colour with to match with grey building around ? Just look at the children playground, you will see the colours contrast beautiful in the world of cool grey…..

    I think it looks fine without any painting job, the torn paint work in the future could be eye-soring.
