Bayan Villa, Bukit Ikhlas

This photo was taken during my last visit to the sales office a few days ago. The contents of the photo above shows the total units of Bayan Villa available/taken. It looks as if the sales are doing very well here.

Frankly, Bayan Villa will be a very good investment and also a good place for living. I strongly believe that the property value will surely rise somemore by the time it is ready to move in. Let’s have our fingers crossed and wait for a good return from our investment.

This is the new topic on this blog, and will remain sticky until we get the CF as the date of getting the CF is not far from now. Therefore, I suppose this is a good news to everybody, especially to those who have yet to decide whether to book a unit in Bayan Villa, Bukit Ikhlas.

I spoke to Mr David of Bukit Ikhlas today on the progress. Surprisingly he is no longer mentioning the development of the project, instead we are talking about CF application or when we will get the CF. Can you imagine how soon we can move in to our new house? I would say very soon, very very soon…

The last issue that we had is on the access road, and thankfully it has been sorted out and we are ready for CF. The solution is to open an entrance at Court 15 to directly access to Bukit Ciri, this will be the first access road. We will have other access roads in the near future for our convenience such as access through Sun Garden and Wang Soon site.
