    Thanks for the photos…

LOL…”do not practice your sword here”…

  • almaz says:

Looking those photos, I dont think we can move in as soon as possible.

  • Ryan Ho says:

As expected it wont be earlier than end of DEC 09 .

  • [...] He also said that TNB has just got all the underground-cabling done in the site. Now, their workers have to clean up the sites before tarmac repavement starts as the digging work for laying cables by TNB had caused the whole site very messy. You can see this in Chafoo’s photos. [...]

    David Pung,
hahaa… I laughed when I read that too.

    almaz,
we aim to get the CF by end of the year, let’s have our fingers crossed.

    Ryan Ho,
time will tell, let’s cross our fingers.

  • Jarron says:

after looking at the nice grass vs. cheap grass, sigh…

though earlier it was said that it costs more to maintain the taiwan grass (the nice one), does anyone know what is the estimate maintenance cost as compared to the cow grass?

remember Sam mentioned in previous post that it will costs about RM70k to replace the cheap grass with the nice one, which means about RM175 per unit (70k / 400 units). Emm, just wondering if there is any possibility for us to replace it ourselves in future…

  • chafoo says:

Jarron, I’ll pay RM200 for that!!

  • Jarron says:

chafoo, alright, i will follow you ~ RM200 from me as well :-)

sam, maybe we could put this as one of the item to be discussed when the committee is formed?

  • wayloon says:

as well good for our home, i willing to pay by own… i’m more concern is the Club and Moving In!!!

  • wayloon says:

but if the developer willing to change for it, i very happy with their call “promise” else is their reputation drop only.

  • Sam says:

    Hi all,
your plan works only if we have all the units occupied and everyone agrees to pay for it. But if the developer agrees to change for us, then it is a good news to us.
Futhermore, the cost of using the Taiwanse grass is RM70k plus, but the replacement will be something much more than that as the process of removing the cow grass isn’t free.

  • ting says:

i’d rather they spend money on covered car park than taiwan grass. half of the car park at the front is not covered. imagine the sun and the rain…

  • wayloon says:

ting, saying is i want to mention for future.. half of our parking is not cover.. if all ppl agree, can we all plan for it and look for a good design for our BI. thanks

  • Sam says:

    ting,
undoubtedly the carpark is really a big issue as it is not fully covered, especially the second slot or the outter slot. I think we have to wash our car everytime there is a rain and this is very troublesome.
But, when I imagine an awning to cover the second slot, I find it very awful and doesn’t suit to the overall design. I think we have to compromise conveniences for a good outlook here.

    wayloon,
hardly to get everyone to agree on something.

  • Chan says:

I would prefer fully covered car park, imagine people throwing things down to your car from upstair. Also inconvenience to getting in and out from car when raining.
If the awning is standardize and we choose a better design, shouldn’t be too bad looking.
    Just my 2 sen.

  • Sam says:

    Chan,
I prefer a fully sheltered carpark too as I am a carwash-type owner, I always take my car for carwash. If we can have something nice and protecting our car from extreme weathers, I would definitely go for it.

  • Rooo says:

Yes, I second that too. My unit is Dual type, therefore my car park lot comes without any shelter. BV did promise to build shelter, but now they turn their word to “It was a proposal”… I felt cheated!

  • Sam says:

    Rooo,
it is disappointing to have a parking without a shelter. Your dream car has to be abused by the extreme tropical weather all the time. Maybe you should upgrade to a 3+1 or a duplex for a one-and-a-half sheltered carpark.

  • Rooo says:

ahhaaa….if i can affort that price, i rather buy landed property…instead of that, i maybe will fork out own money to build a shelter my own, but my lot is not at my court, it’s another court beside my unit.

If and only if all Dual owners agree to build same type of shelter, then it will look better..

  • Sam says:

    Rooo,
you have got a point here, but some people like me would prefer something like Bayan Villa as I am not a gardening type of person. I think to clean up the leaves at the porch is a big mess to me.
If you guys agree to build shelters, surely it will look better. If everyone builds it on their own, I am afraid that Bayan Villa will become something like pangsapuri kos rendah which everyone will build their own shelter with wooden sticks and some zinks.
