I think the report here is not updated enough.
Yahh……it shows about 60% sold, current update is more than 80% sold…. Good thing is most of the buyers are Chinese, I’m not trying to be racist, but, I feel more comfortable to stay in an environment with majority is Chinese.
i’m not trying to be racist either, but i’ve been living in chinese-infested neighbourhood for so long and i’m pretty much happy with it. say…if i really did buy a unit here, i think the “Lain” part would have increased a little! LOL!

I am fine with any type of races, in fact I think it is good if my kids can mix more with others, it is good for them to learn new languages.
aduiii…i am still deciding which unit to buy. went to the sales office yesterday and shortlisted a few. but the ones facing the semi-d construction are indeed dusty and noisy, but after the semi-d are completed, then the suffering ends….but…i’ll have to sedut all those habuk while waiting for it to complete (if i choose to buy a unit facing there!) ughhh! :S

O.M.G.! Who’s gonna pay my long due house rents. I was promised by BV sales that i can moved in ends of Dec 2008 and the latest is Jan 2009. If i know it’s such a headache dealing with money sucking vampire, i’m not going to purchased BV property in the first place.
