ok,i'm slightly panic. the photo where the sewerage treatment and disposal right....it's like a PERMANENT thing right? coz i think my unit is sort of like, facing it. i mean, my unit's kitchen faces the semi-D construction, which is on the same area as the sewerage treatment. so am i gonna be inhaling some "wangi" punya smell from the treatment & disposal when it rains or when wind blows into my unit's direction?????

I was surprised in the first time I saw the staircase in orange colour, but I was even more surprised to see it in gray colour, a surprise in a bad way. Orange colour is favourable to me.

Rachel,

LOL you're right. Anyway we can't really blame anyone including developer. None of us would expect such diligent and effective respond from developer. For this, they heard some of our voices loud and clear (that the amber looks odd). Anyway I believe we can work out something on this. I'll be one of those to do the paint job if we wish to, coloring contest.. hehe :)

What a shame! The orange stairs is something that could uplift the entire color tone of the buildings...it's like having a tiny dot of red among the green field. Without that tiny dot, the overall could look very boring and dull.

I am surprised that the "dot" of orange has been painted to a "flat" grey. I belived B.V buyers are formed by majority of younger age buyers, we need the color tone to reflect a little bit of excitement, sophistication and of course contemporary feel. Cheng and myself talked about the orange staircases during our last visit and it deserve alot of praise from us. What a shame...

yup & chua, no worry, there're only 3 stairs and honestly there's what some of us want. If we want back amber / orange color, we'll paint it back! :)
