I would like to update about the optional package:
They have finalize the tender for optional package.
- air-cond will be York (forgot to ask what HP)
- the would install the furniture along with handover
- for home automation item, one of the feature is intercom system will not only connect to the guardhouse, it will connect directly to your mobile.
- (I think) they have done the piping for centralize hot water and we just have to source for a water heater and install it (for those who didn’t sign up for optional package 2). Pls don’t take my word for this.

Calvin, I didnt know about the package (water heater and aircond). I’m interested to know about it. Its easy rather than to buy and install air-cond and water heater by ourselve.
May I know what is all about this “optional package”? I nv heard of this.
This Optional Package (OP) was promoted to purchaser before 2008 only. After 2008, with all the material cost has increased, BV has dropped the offer due to cannot cope with the lost.
I was one of the lucky purchaser who get the OP1 for my unit. Calvin, any updates on OP1???

For those who have signed with Optional Packages which include the water heater, it will be installed by BV during interior works for each unit.
And Calvin Leong is right, for those who missed out on the OP, they have to source on their own for the water heater, like myself.
Just an advice. Please ensure that the water volume of water heater for your unit is sufficient enough to cater for number of persons who’s gonna use it for bathing. Otherwise, the next person who needs to shower will have to wait until the heater filled up and got heated. So, a bit troublesome lar. By the way, the water heater gotta to be swtiched on 5-15 mins before shower, depending on the heater volume, if not, only cold water flushing out.
My thought is just if you could “bandwagon” with BI to buy the furnitures (e.g. air-conds) to get bulk price. Quite definitely you’ll pay for the price separately instead of the optional price offered previously.
I didn’t bothered becoz I’m quite happy that I actually signed up for the OP1. :D

Perrin, they no longer selling OP. It was selling before 2008, together with the purchase of your unit.

OP B for 3 + 1, about RM20k
OP C for Duplex, about RM25k…
