Au has sent me a set of photos with the descriptions, taken on November 3:-
A place for cultural performance and fire dance in BV.
Almost ready, the road leading to Sun Garden.
Construction in progress for our Bayan Club.
Construction of perimeter walls for STP.
Imagine having barbeque with your families and friends here.
It’s more becoming like bushes instead of grass.
Main road from the guard house towards Wang Soon.
On-going construction for Bayan Club.
Our secondary defence tower.
The nicely done playground.
This could be the entrance to Bayan Club in future – gotta check with BV.
This is how the grass look like when… ehh.. it’s grown?

you are right, the small guard house shouldn’t be taking so much of time. If they were to build a guard house only, I think it can be done in less than a week. But it is useless to complete the guard house with all other works remain undone. It is more sensible to run jobs simultaneously to hit the deadline together.
Compare to others, the guard house is considered one of the most minor part of the entire project in terms of complexity. But it takes time on approvals as it was proposed in the later stage.

you are advised not to post your contact and unit number on this blog for safety and privacy reason.
Me read almost all the comments in the blog since me acquired me password yesterday. Me thought me was alone kicking and biting ears with BV. Me never thought this forum ever exist. A few thought as a new comer: Don’t put blamed entirely on the local goverment. They looking after ours best interest. Me don’t want me unit have defect here and there when receive key. Put the blame on BV because they lie since the very begining. Me was promised me can move in end of year 2008. That’s why me bought unit in BV for almost 300k. Years past by and me given the same empty promises by BV. After reading comments from both side in this blog, me forgive them because me know they doing their best to hand over the key to us ASAP. But me still skeptical about the ideas of BV can obtaining CF end of April or early Mei. Experience taught me to be wiser. Tq y’all.
