Hi Sam,

I had just visited the site today. The progress is seem to be fantasitc. Now everything was nearly complete. Only left TNB work as well as water supply to individual house.

It clear my doubt once i visit the site today. A lot of people is working on the site even though is raining.

Let start the count down now. I believe that we can get our house on Dec.

what is your doubt? Are you worrying about the electricity and water supply, or the roads?

Bukit Ikhlas have sped up their progress as promised, things changed within seconds now. Can you see the tar on the next posts? Hehee…

Thanks Sam for the update. Btw, I just visited the site last Saturday, from Bukit Ciri. As what i seen, the road is ready, but not completed. There’s still no tar on the road. How Mr David claimed that it’s done???

that is a good news, but i still have some doubt on the progress. If the road serving bayan villa is completed, when will the water and electric supply being connected by TNB and Syabas?

As i know, the current pending item left is connecting the water and electric supply. Then can apply CF already.

Mr. David did not mention anything about the Wang Soon road. Will it be closed when Bayan Villa is ready? I do not think so. I think the road will remain open until the clubhouse is ready. But by then, Wang Soon site could have been developing or something. I am not so worried about that.
