these pictures are causing heartache to many of us as owners. what are the management going to do regarding the water logged issue and also the touch ups that need to be done?

Raj and others, I too noticed the water logged problem long ago, but I think that’s due to blockage of sand or stones from construction.

Kaira, no more Optional Package available after 2008, due to cost of materials overshoot….
Hope BV dun reduce material because of the cheap price…

Hello all, I’m not able to visit to Bayan Villa site in this weekend. My wife is in hospital now having pregnancy contraction. She is ready to give birth to Hayden prematurely at anytime, as soon as today.
So, if you have anything to update, kindly post it here or email to me. I’ll upload and post your photos and updates as soon as I see it. The medical centre is fully WIFIed.
