I just received the statement from Bukit Ikhlas Development Sdn. Bhd., stating that payment of another 5%, the roads serving the said Building, has been debited. It is a good news, we are 5% nearer to getting our house. By the way, I dropped by the site and took some shots briefly to update you guys, here it goes:-
The perimeter wall for the STP is almost ready.
They are trying some new brick patterns.

awesome! but sam, do you know whether the telephone cables / lines have been setup to bayan? will we get to apply phone lines or kena wait till telekom ppl lay the cable? coz if they take like another year to lay cable or wat, then i kena apply celcom or maxis broadband lor :S
Perrin, people nowadays prefer to use broadband what. its portable and easy to brings anywhere.
Talking about wireless broadband, I think that this area coverage is not that good yet right?

Talking about the internet connectivity, I do remember they have idea to make BI as “WI-FI”zone. But free one does not guarantee the speed.
How about astro? Are we going to share master astro antenna?

To me, there is nothing to be happy about at all. The project is supposed to be completed ages ago..Even for now, the progress is way behind schedule already. Looking at how Sam website develops, the completion date changed from September to October, then November. Furthermore, looking at the site progress, I think Sam will need to change the Completion Date to 31st December in 10days time. or even 31st Jan 2010.or even longer. The Management is not getting enough pressure from the buyers, or even other authorities for the completion. The only way to speed things up is not by visiting this website or even visiting the actual site, but to confront the BI Management or even take legal action (if any) against them to avoid further delay.

yeah, I was told that the whole Bayan Villa is under WIFI zone. I still have no idea what WIFI zone they meant. WIFI doesn’t mean internet ready.

perhaps you still do not know the fact that this project is supposed to have been abandoned if the current management do not take over, and all you can do is to continue to pay your bank loan interest indefinitely.
Yeah, you can take legal action against them like those who bought the property in Bukit Beruntung. But, is it the best for them, or us?
Also, in the last meeting held some time in June, we reached an agreement that the handover is by end of the year. The September completion is possible only if everything is going smoothly. Like I said before, it is still within the promising date.
The problem now lies with TNB. I heard they r taking sweet time to lay those cables.Is it ?

Actually there was not much progress last weekend. They mainly doing rectification on the house like replacing the tile and repairing anything that are defect.
One of the sale person told me that they are in the progress of applying CF. Not sure whether this news accurate a not.
Maybe Sam can clarify on this. hahaha….

Like what mentioned by Max Lee, not much progress but what I understand from Johnathan from BI is that, the power has been all rectified and is up and running fine after testing. Currently, they are pushing for the certificates to be release by TNB and Syabas. This is what i understand from him but need to clarify further whether this is the case. I went yesterday, during lunctime.

dude, I was there for one freaking hour, was hopeful to meet you up, but you did not turn up.
Red Apple informed me that if I could confirm my furniture delivery before end of this week, then I will get the furniture in January 2010. Otherwise, I would need to wait until February, probably after CNY…
Reading through the comments, it seems like 90% chance is that we will get our key by December. So, I think I could confirm the furniture delivery now… yahoooo~ :-)

It looks like our house will be looking identical as we are getting most of the furnitures from the same place, Red Apple.
Haha..! Yes, for those with optional package + same furniture shop:)May be only feature wall colour, soft furnishing and lighting can make it look bit different.
Jarron, Red Apple called me too…a sweet lady voice. I told her to delay the delivery to 15 Jan 2010. Has been postponed for 2 years…ahhaaaa

Sam, am sorry bro. Something came up that day and nobody confirmed with me that they are coming. Anyways, i went on monday and that is when i met Jonathan, nice guy.
btw, i heard the same from Jonathan, quiet a number of buyers coming up now and quiet a number of foreigners too.
Nice to know that our place still attracts buyers and even investors.
At the end, I think we will all be happy!
