alamak peeps, i went to bayan today to complete my 10% downpayment and asked the sales agent about the status of the CF, and to my dismay (and as expected) he said that they have already done their part to get the CF ready but the problem now lies with the slow response from mpaj or some government bodies. so his rough estimation would be around next year january or february. looks like we won’t be moving in on feb / mar :S

Hi, I’m a potential purchaser of Bayan, but it seems like many issues over there.

Me and my wife are very keen, however David has yet to reply on what is the status for new purchasers now (since their selling license is over) Anyone here has any idea?

what holiday are they on December 11 and December 18?
It was such a waste that I failed to speak longer with Ms. Yap. I wanted to ask her about the progress.
I will call Mr. David on Monday to update the progress of inspections.
About the issues listed, it is true that they remain uncleared, especially on the grass and covered carparks. Did we read an understanding on this two in the previous meeting? If I am not mistaken, Kenneth did say that they will consider about the grass if the project isn’t losing money, and they did not promise anything on the covered carpark. They did mention that it takes two days for the internal roads repavement. Bayan Villa Club House will not be ready by the handover date, but David did say that the construction of the club house takes 9 to 12 months to complete. I will address the grass and covered carpark issues to David when I call him.
