Choon Siong was interested in Bayan Villa, but for some reasons, he did not sign the Sales and Purchaser Agreement. He took some photos to share with me, and I’d like to share it with you:-

we had bought a unit at court 5 & 11 since april 2005 and is already exceeding nearly 2 years from the handover date. we need an advise here whether we shall starts to engage an external lawyer for the compensation purpose?

Just back from site, notice we have to spend extra $$ to cover beams, corners and the uneven wall at the dining area.

What do you mean ? If there are defects in those areas , the developer is responsible. Or are you talking about your own reno plan ? regards,
