Around the corner……just around the corner!!!
I also understand that the main contractor has handed over all the unit keys to Bukit Ikhlas. So, even if the CF could not be completed by January, I hope BI could at least pass us our keys first, so that we could start to look into renovation…

From seeing the estimated date to targeted h/over date and now… yayaya..is around the corner la! BTW w/o CF we can only plan our reno but not do reno right? This part still blurblur..first time buyer kononnya…
I learnt that the key will be given when we take vacant possession of our house. The CF normally will take 2 weeks later. We cannot move in or renovate without CF but we can check our house ,submit defectlist and/or start claiming LAD (calculate from the valid vacant possession date). I also first time buyer, please share around if experience buyer available in this forum. Thanks!
I come to know that 15 Jan is the date BI handover the key to us. CF will not be ready so soon. Nevertheless we have to wait patiently.
I believe that BI is doing their job now. The handover day is around the corner. Let wait for our dream house and Happy New Year in advance :)
I have gone through this once, in 5 years ago. Unfortunately, I can’t remember properly how the procedure goes. If anyone of you happen to go to the sales office one of these days, can you ask them how it is supposed to work?
