Vacant Possession

I received a few calls from Bayan Villa purchasers today, telling me that their bank has released the final payment. They will be getting the key after the cheque is received, and their waiting is about to end very soon. Congrats to them and you.
As I am not in the peninsular, I can’t update you guys on what is happening now. Some purchasers who called, asked about the procedures of vacant possession, which I am not able to answer them.
If you have an idea about it, can you share here with your neignbours?
As for the maintenance fee issue, kindly log on to the forum to discuss it, this is not a proper channel for internal issue like maintenance fees.

I found at least 8 hollow tiles and those includes the wall too. Check outside your windows for some paint defects. I found some leftover nail rust outside my window.

For those who intend to change their wall tiles at the kitchen and bathroom, please think twice!!….I have changed mine. But it got worse. Different colour!!! And even u just wanted to change 1 tile it may ended up 2 or more tiles changed!…New tile is also smaller compared to old ones. Mine is now awful!! Their reason is the old tiles no longer produced by the factory. I regret asking them to change..So u guys pls take note!!

I would like to know is there any intercom servces for your town house. If yes I can’t find any intercom cable in my unit. If no, that is very dangerous for our security because any one can go in just with a visitor pass. I did check with the maintenance office last saturday and the staff told me that their are negotia with the developer. Just now I take out the S&P to study it is stated the maintenance service clause it is provided with intercom service, so it mean yes or no intercom services ? Are we going to fixed up the grill for the whole house if yes that we are stay into a flat.

you are right, we are supposed to get intercom service in Bayan Villa, we are dealing with the developer on this issue.
Grilles are allowed but with certain conditions, you can check with the management for the approved design and colour.
Yea.. I ask the same to the management .. What kind of town house is this if there is no intercom to the guard house ? Found a lot of discrepancies with the form in the SPA check list.

After the 1st request, i did not ask them to change anymore. Those tiles with minor cracks and scratches i just leave it. Even change 1 tile it may ended in a few tiles being changed because they accidentally damage the tile beside it. They are not very skillful. U better ask the management.
