Au has sent me a set of photos with the descriptions, taken on November 3:-

A place for cultural performance and fire dance in BV.

Almost ready, the road leading to Sun Garden.

It’s more becoming like bushes instead of grass.

Chafoo (and his partner), Ewyong and I met at Bukit Ikhlas on the other day, we went to the site for some photo update, here it goes:-

Bayan Villa view from the current entrance or access road from Wang Soon site.

The Sun Garden access road. We can see that Jia Residences is on the right side of the road, the colour scheme of Jia is very similar to Bayan Villa. Some people may mistakenly think Jia is part of Bayan Villa.

This is where the retention pond of the clubhouse is.

The sewerage treatment and disposal, and the slope connecting to Taman Universiti indah.

Can you spot the new guard-house? It is located at Court 14 an 15.

This is the incomplete new guard-house. It looks simple, but it works fine for me as long as it serves its purpose well.

The new guard-house from outside of Bayan Villa. We can see the road leading to Bayan Villa. Chafoo and Ewyong are under the hot sun.

We can see the roads clearly from this angle. It comes from Bukit Ciri.

The road is almost done.

One of the units which have the all the tiles been dug up. They are going to redo the tiles for quality concern, which sounds good for the owners. You do not want to dig up the tiles after you move in.

Bukit Ikhlas painted the stairs from orange to gray. Frankly, I find orange is more pleasant to my eyes, what say you? You may check the previous colour here.

It looks as if an army camp for me, something we can see in Angkatan Tentera Malaysia camp. Are we going for a war or something?

This is very standard for a playground.

This is to keep you healthy and looking young.

Something you will appreciate when you have kid. It is possible to barbecue in Bayan Villa and it is safe too.
