    Bukit Ikhlas is targeting handover before Chinese New Year. They are waiting for MPSJ for inspection, which is the final stage.

    I asked the sales person on the pricing, he said the unit should cost RM320k and above, and there are only a few units left.
    Initially this blog could help to look for potential buyers, but it is difficult now due to so many negative comments being seen.

    i agree with Jarron as well…if we could get the key(actually is a must) this will be a great place to stay. I believe also the price will keep raising if we maintenance the place well.

    I believe as long as we all work together find the root caused and solve it in a proper way, bayan villa is the best place for me… life is full of challenges, we should not lose hope instead we should seek ways to solve the issues. Some people are afraid to face their problems. It’s a wrong notion! We have to face it as part of our lives…

    I guess i have to maintain the house with bank for another year or two until can fetch a good price.

    another self strong opinion, the area surrounding bayan villa will develop further to more purposeful.
