Bayan Villa Common Area (8 photos)

Choon Siong was interested in Bayan Villa, but for some reasons, he did not sign the Sales and Purchaser Agreement. He took some photos to share with me, and I’d like to share it with you:-

A brisk update – November 10, 2009

Hi all,
I received a call from Mr. David yesterday, informing me that the roads serving Bayan Villa are ready. The roads he is telling me are the Bukit Ciri and Sun Garden one. He continued, Bukit Ikhlas will be charging us 2(h), which is another 5% of the payment in this month. It is a good news, I suppose. Perhaps I will visit the site later, and take some photographs to show you guys.

By the way, I have added a category “Purchasers’ blogs” on the sidebar. If you have a blog and would like to share with us, please let me know and I can add your blog in.

Photo update – October 13, 2009

I went to the site yesterday for some photos. Bukit Ikhlas is aggressively constructing the clubhouse and access roads.

When Au and I went for a dinner at Chan Yew Kee last Friday, we bumped into Mr. David and the salespersons, we had a chat on the progress of Bayan Villa. According to David last week, electricity supply will be in by this week, it will be diverting through Pusat Perdagangan Seri Kembangan and possibly there will be an electricity shortage in that area, he jokingly asked us not to have dinner in that area in this week.

When I drove all the way home to Taman Universiti Indah from Bukit Ikhlas after taking photos, I noticed that some piping work were ongoing along Jalan Putra Permai, it looked as if joining pipes from the UPM side to Bukit Ikhlas side. I called David, and he confirmed that those are to join pipes from the suction tank/ pump to Bukit Ikhlas (probably to the resorvoir). Anyway, let’s see some photos:-

The access road at Wang Soon site. We can see that the TNB poles have been removed, and a new lamp-pole has been added!
