I would like to update about the optional package:

They have finalize the tender for optional package.
- air-cond will be York (forgot to ask what HP)
- the would install the furniture along with handover
- for home automation item, one of the feature is intercom system will not only connect to the guardhouse, it will connect directly to your mobile.
- (I think) they have done the piping for centralize hot water and we just have to source for a water heater and install it (for those who didn’t sign up for optional package 2). Pls don’t take my word for this.

The Sun Garden access road. We can see that Jia Residences is on the right side of the road, the colour scheme of Jia is very similar to Bayan Villa. Some people may mistakenly think Jia is part of Bayan Villa.

Can you spot the new guard-house? It is located at Court 14 an 15.

This is the incomplete new guard-house. It looks simple, but it works fine for me as long as it serves its purpose well.

The road is almost done.

One of the units which have the all the tiles been dug up. They are going to redo the tiles for quality concern, which sounds good for the owners. You do not want to dig up the tiles after you move in.

Bukit Ikhlas painted the stairs from orange to gray. Frankly, I find orange is more pleasant to my eyes, what say you? You may check the previous colour here.

It looks as if an army camp for me, something we can see in Angkatan Tentera Malaysia camp. Are we going for a war or something?
