Her first visit – December 27, 2009

Ever since Abbie had Hayden in her stomach, she had not been stepping in to Bayan Villa. All this while, she learnt about Bayan Villa progress through the photos and updates here, and that’s one of the reasons why I created this blog.

Today, I took her to Bayan Villa for the first time since we are allowed to enter to the site. We went to the show units to get ideas for the renovation and decoration of our house. Also, I found that:-

  • the internal roads have been fully resurfaced;
  • the replacement of interlocking bricks at the main entrance (first guard house) is half done. The entrance side is done, they are replacing the exit side;
  • the detention pond is full of water;
  • the grass is still cow grass, sorry Au;
  • the units with tiles dugged out already have new set of tiles on; and
  • the secondary defence tower is done. It looks a lot better than most apartment and condominium pondok.

Floor Plan – Type Dual & Type 3+1

Purchaser Au has come out with two measurements, one for type Dual and another one for type 3+1 in Court-19.

These are almost the exact measurements as Au personally went in to these units and did the measurements himself from corners to corners. Let’s check it out:-

Photo update – November 17, 2009 (5 photos)

I just received the statement from Bukit Ikhlas Development Sdn. Bhd., stating that payment of another 5%, the roads serving the said Building, has been debited. It is a good news, we are 5% nearer to getting our house. By the way, I dropped by the site and took some shots briefly to update you guys, here it goes:-

The perimeter wall for the STP is almost ready.
