Hi Sam & all BV-fans,

From my visit to BV yesterday, I had discovered some of Dual units in court 1 & 9 has been fitted with furniture by Kian Classic (only for the units purchased with Optional Package earlier). Below are some photos of my own unit in Court 9.

GH Concept Design (GHCD), the builder for the mock-up unit, have responded to Jerry’s inquiry on the charge rate.

If you want to know the actual measurement of your Type Dual or Type 3+1 unit, kindly click here as purchaser Au had made an effort to go in to these units and did the measurements himself from corners to corners.
